These tasks may be used for marketing through various digital channels via, for example, banners, through email, text messages and postal mailings. We will also perform some segmentation and analysis based on your information in order to provide you with as relevant information as possible. Segmentation is used to identify target groups and plan marketing based on different factors such as geographic variables, and we also look at what you may be interested in based on what products or services you have previously hired. We do this because we want to offer you products and services that may be relevant to you. We also deal with the data so that, for example, develop business methods, analysis models, and business strategies, to control rental prices and assortment based on customers previous choice of product. If you rented a car earlier at one of our stations, we maintain the information based on this.
Most rental vehicles have installed track transmitters (GPS).

Positioning of vehicles can only be performed by a number of persons limited by the Company.
Only the vehicle registration number is shared between the Company and the track transmitter supplier.
For treatments beyond what is described here, the Company may ask for your consent before the treatment begins. Examples of this can be if we ask you to participate in a customer survey. Before submitting any additional information on such an occasion, the Company will ask for your explicit consent.
You have the right to withdraw such consent at any time by contacting us.
In order to fulfill the purposes of our processing of your personal data, we share your information with companies, third parties, who provide services to us, e.g. to handle mailings or participate in the administration. These companies may only process your personal information in accordance with our express instructions and may not use your information for anything other than this.
When you as a customer rent a vehicle or return it, your information may be transferred to a finance company or insurance company. For these tasks, the finance or insurance company becomes the personal data controller.
We may transfer your personal data to other recipients, eg authorities, if required by law. If all or part of our business is sold or integrated with other activities, your personal information can be disclosed to our advisors, any buyer and his advisor and passed on to the new owners of the business.
We never transfer any information outside the EEA without having taken appropriate security measures, and we have legal support for the transfer through, for example, Privacy Shield or the commission's standard contract clauses.

The company's obligations and your rights are regulated on May 25, 2018 by the Personal Data Act (1998: 204). As of May 25, 2018, the Data Protection Regulation will be applied instead.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. At the time of the establishment of this information sheet, the Data Inspectorate is the supervisory authority in Sweden.
